Here, every brunch is a new adventure! Since a different guest Chef is at the helm every Sunday, you can enjoy a host of intriguing offerings, each more delicious than the last. They highlight the myriad ways to eat the humble egg, accompanying it with sweet and savoury salads, desserts and tasty pastries. The classics of this Sunday meal are all there but with a new twist, showcasing local, seasonal offerings:
- Green asparagus from Sologne/Strawberries from Saint Pryvé
- Honey from Sologne/Organic jams
- Caviar from Sologne
- Locally produced cheeses and yogurts
- And of course Martin Pouret’s cranberry vinegar cream or cider vinegar cream, oils and mustards condiments
- From further afield, but every bit as delicious, oysters are always popular
All of this can be enjoyed in the hotel’s breakfast room which offers a lovely view of the Loire. And when the weather’s fine why not go al fresco and brunch on the hotel’s patio terrace?
Brunch is open to non-residents.
In the morning start your day with a generous breakfast. Served in a pleasant room with a view of the Loire, the hot and cold buffet includes sweet and savoury local products that are either organic or rationally farmed. For example, we will provide regional, seasonal fruit, cottage-industry jams and honey, local dairy products and cheeses. A delicious way to start your day.
You can, by paying a supplement, have your breakfast served in your room.

At weekends: 7.30 - 11 am
